The theme for this year’s CWiB conference is “Crossroads.”

The theme was was chosen to investigate the complex landscapes women in business are often called upon to navigate. In a world where identity is understood through multifaceted contexts, Crossroads spotlights the courageous, collaborative, and calculated paths women have traversed across industries and roles.

Annual CWiB Conference

For over 30 years, CWiB has hosted this one-day conference to celebrate the accomplishments of women. With more than 260 attendees, the CWiB Conference is not only one of the largest student-run conferences, but it is also one of the most high-profile events of the year for Columbia Business School.
